These complaints may be rooted in some truth but not completely accurate. Instead of having a discussion to resolve issues, after seemingly prolonged exposure these thoughts and emotions are now reinforced from rational to irrational perception.
This is where the physical breakdown of a relationship occurs through fighting, etc. Please talk to each other, listen and negotiate. You are partners and not opponents. Elevate each other and not tear each other down! Remember you were/are friends first. Respect that and each other.
